We use group fitness as a way to provide more value to our members and increase camaraderie amongst our members. These classes are thrown sporadically and at changing times to ensure members with different availabilities can make it. They are strictly for fun, for both our staff and our members.
Our members enjoy the classes we provide because they are always off program. Since our members have plans they follow consistently, throwing in a variety of new movements with differing variables allows for a different stimulus to our members than they are used to. They love the vibe, the energy, and the transformation of our space from strength and sheer progress focused to more community driven and fun. Our group classes are thrown because we truly love our members and look for open times and opportunities to spend more time with them.

We throw these group classes sporadically and at ever-changing times. Our goal is to get members together as a community. You'll have to book into these to save your time slot since these are not a part of the semi-private model. Our focus is communicated on what we will be doing in each class so that you can decide if you would like to partake in the class or not.
What makes your group fitness classes different?
Because they are not the focus of our model, we offer them to members as value added. They are simply for fun and getting our members together. We also run a different class style model that trains you in more of a small group with focus on movement patterns.
Are group classes included with my Correct Cue membership?
This depends. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. We will make sure you know well before the class is available whether it is completely free or free with contingencies.
Can I join a class if I’ve never done group training before?
Definitely! We welcome beginners and offer modifications for every movement so you can feel comfortable and empowered.

Book a free intro session first. Sign up for a Semi-private membership and TG membership second. Sign up for classes when we throw them.
